I run GTA IV on patch 1.0.4.0, and EFLC I use patch 1.1.2.0. Even watch dogs I can run at 40-55fps! I have retail /disc copies of both games, hence why they do not show up in my steam library. Anyway, I have a fairly high end rig, and while I know that GTA iv is a mess on pc, with the worst optimisation of any pc game, my rig is probably, or should be overkill for GTA IV. I know lag may not be the correct term to use here, but lets not to split hairs.
